5. GotLenses.com facilitates the sale of contact lenses between the user and his/her Eye Care Professional. All fitting issues, ocular health related issues or questions should be addressed to your Eye Care Professional.



6. GotLenses must have authorization from a user’s Eye Care Professional to execute an order. Without this authorization your order will be held and/or cancelled.



7. GotLenses.com may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
